According to the e-Conomy SEA 2022 Report published by SEA Group, Southeast Asia’s digital economy approaches $200B GMV in 2022 and it’s three years earlier than expected. Furthermore, in SEA, 100M additional internet users have come online in the last three years. With a large digital population, every business (no matter it’s B2C or B2B or B2B2C) needs to be a digital business to serve their customers anytime, anywhere.

In the world of digital business, Customer Identity plays an important role in new customer acquisition and retention. And it has organization wide implications. When identity is fragmented various departments lose critical insights and agility, from engineering to business functions impacting the customer experience, time to market and ultimately business growth.

This event will tackle why identity is a foundational technology to connect the existing tech stack, and power analytics and business insights in order to power surge digital business strategy.

At this event, we’ll be discussing the following:

  • What can organizations do to improve customer experience and avoid friction for customer signing up?
  • What challenges have you experienced in implementing customer identity?
  • What were the goals you were trying to achieve in addressing these challenges?
  • What are the ways you are able to leverage the data to build customer profiles?
  • How does your data collection differ at account creation to sign on? What do you do with it?
  • What would you like to leave the audience with - tips and best practices
