According to the e-Conomy SEA 2022 Report published by SEA Group, Southeast Asia’s digital economy approaches $200B GMV in 2022 and it’s three years earlier than expected. Furthermore, in SEA, 100M additional internet users have come online in the last three years. With a large digital population, every business (no matter it’s B2C or B2B or B2B2C) needs to be a digital business to serve their customers anytime, anywhere.

  • What challenges have you experienced in implementing customer identity?
  • What were the goals you were trying to achieve in addressing these challenges?
  • What are the ways you are able to leverage the data to build customer profiles?
