Dr. Todd Czartoski

Providence Health System
Todd Czartoski is Chief Executive, Telehealth and Chief Medical Technology Officer for Providence St. Joseph Health. He oversees enterprise level telemedicine services and integration of technology into the clinical space across the organization. Prior to this role, he was Executive Medical Director for Providence Telehealth and Chief of Neurology at the Swedish Neuroscience Institute. He started the Swedish Neurohospitalist program in 2007 and helped develop the Swedish Telestroke network. He also served as SNI medical director for quality and outcomes for 6 years. In late 2012 he took over as Chief of Neurology. During his tenure as Chief, SNI grew from 27 to 64 employed Neurologists with 15 APCs. In 2011 he became medical director for Telehealth at Swedish and in 2014 joined Providence as System EMD for Telehealth.
Intermountain Telehealth Services
Brian Wayling is executive director with Intermountain Telehealth Services. He is responsible for developing system-wide telehealth delivery strategies to enable technology-based care delivery options for clinical teams and patients across Intermountain Healthcare and with regional partners. This integrated approach provides capabilities to increase access, reduce costs and improve quality for patients and caregivers.
William (Bill) Paschall
VP, Business Development
Bill Paschall joined Vivify Health in early 2013, and serves as VP, Business Development. As a member of the senior leadership team, Bill has the direct role of managing and expanding strategic partnerships and international opportunities, defining business goals, and managing channel partner contracts and relations.
Bill also maintains subject matter expertise in industry policy, trends and market drivers impacting the growing demand for telehealth and RPM in general, and Vivify’s technology development specifically. Bill has been heavily involved in Telemedicine and Telehealth for over two decades, and remote patient monitoring for over 12 years; and has served the American Telemedicine Association as a board member, and as Chair of the Industry Council.
Prior to Vivify Health, Bill spearheaded healthcare initiatives for 6 ½ years with AT&T as Director of Healthcare Applications and Senior Manager of the mHealth Solutions Practice. He has over 30 years of healthcare experience including scrubbing in as a surgical tech in the OR, administrator of a medical clinic, medical device and capital equipment sales in ENT and Ophthalmology, Product Development and Marketing Management and served as the nationwide Sales Director for a medical software company.
Bill is a Current Advisory Board Member of the following companies: American Doctors Online, Welcome Home Health, Operational Strategies, and Inbound Interactive.
