Ms. Leo oversees the product development, implementation and performance for Cigna's Medicare products. She has been integral in advancing innovation within the Medicare line of business throughout her career. Prior to joining Cigna approximately 7 years ago, Christine was National Head of Product Strategy for Medicare Advantage at Aetna, where she worked for 21 years.

Previously, Ms. Leo has also held leadership roles in national contracting, network contracting, operations and dental. She is a dental hygienist by training and has an MBA from St. Joseph’s University. Christine lives in Philadelphia with her husband and daughter.

Claire Boozer Cruse, Deloitte Services LP, is the chief of staff for the Deloitte Center for Health Solutions and Deloitte Health Equity Institute. In this role, she oversees operations and drives strategy for both teams. She brings to her role extensive research and expertise in health policy, drivers of health, Medicare, and Medicare Advantage. Cruse earned BS and BA degrees and a certificate of gerontology from the University of Georgia and holds a master’s degree of public health in health policy from the George Washington University. Prior to joining the team, Cruse worked in aging services and policy, supporting various organizations from the local to national level.

Carissa is Vice President, Clinical Strategy at Insightin Health. She brings over 15 years of healthcare experience on both the delivery and payer sides. She has proven outcomes streamlining and simplifying processes to improve the customer experience and reduce costs. A social worker by background, Carissa is a passionate clinician who understands the need for technology and innovation to scale the important work of improving the health and wellness of the community at large, one individual at a time. Carissa currently serves as the President for the Western PA HIMSS Chapter.
