Jay Jackson, PharmD, MPH, BCMAS is a partner at Herspiegel Consulting and an experienced market access professional within the biopharmaceutical, medical device, and digital therapeutics industry.  For more than 20 years, Jay has partnered with US and global clients of varying sizes and product portfolios to provide value-driven solutions that demonstrate brand value and maximize patient access to therapies.  He has experience across multiple therapeutic areas, including oncology, cardiovascular, respiratory, autoimmune, infectious disease, central nervous system disorders, and rare diseases. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Mercer University Southern School of Pharmacy and a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of South Florida College of Public Health. He also has postdoctoral training that includes the completion of an Outcomes Research Fellowship and a Board Certification in Medical Affairs.

Santosh Naik
Herspiegel Consulting

Santosh Naik is a Principal at Herspiegel Consulting. He has leveraged his passion for solving critical business issues to advise clients ranging from start-ups to large pharmaceutical and biotechnology firms. He is driven by helping clients develop and execute commercial strategies and solutions that are both realistic and impactful.

Santosh has experience working with patented products, generics, and biosimilars. He has developed and implemented launch strategies and cross-functional launch plans for over 20 unique assets in the oncology, ADHD, women's health, diabetes, migraine, and pain therapeutic areas. He has developed strategic brand plans on a global level, as well as in US, Canada, and Europe. He also has experience working as an on-site brand manager for in-line and pipeline products in pain, prostate cancer, and CNS spaces.

Prior to joining Herspiegel, Santosh held positions at Forest Labs, later acquired by Actavis, and Becton Dickinson, a leading medical device company.  He holds an MBA in pharmaceutical marketing from Rutgers University and a BS in biomedical engineering from Georgia Tech.
